A junior at Western Michigan, Gino has earned a 3.3 grade point average majoring in sales business marketing while minoring in general business, international business and entrepreneurship. He has held leadership positions in Lambda Chi Alpha-WMU Chapter, a Christian social fraternity that assists with Habitat for Humanity and Feeding America projects. Through his work in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (WMU), he has promoted peace and equality on campus and assisted international students in adapting to U.S. social norms. To enhance his international knowledge and skills, he studied abroad in northern Italy. His professor states: “Gino is one of those rare, top 5% standout students that I will always remember. He is an exceptional student, one who is kind and cooperative, always with a smile on his face.”
