Meet the scholarship recipient: Paul Maalouf

Fun fact: His expert dabke skills had him dancing on walls at the MFASLC convention in Cleveland two years ago.

The President of our Young Adult Network (YAN), Paul will carry a 3.247 grade point average into his senior year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Paul is a Microbiology major with hopes of pursuing a career in medicine. He has been the pianist and organist for the St Sharbel Maronite Catholic Mission in Milwaukee. He has volunteered at the hospital in Kenosha, and he has mentored elementary school students in Madison. He works in a research lab on campus, and he is a Resident Assistant in a student dorm where he manages 70 first-year students. His supervisor states: “Paul displays creativity in problem solving, a commitment to his work, and the ability to effectively plan and organize events.”

Thank you for all you do for YAN and our Federation, Paul!
